HOA/Clean Energy Resource Center in Bakhmut

The Homeowners Association (HOA) RC in Bakhmut was opened on 20 August 2017. Participants of its work are the public activists and representatives of the municipal authorities. In particular, NGO “HOA Chairmen Council” receives the representatives of the HOAs and initiative groups on HOA establishment twice a week: on Tuesdays at 10.00 a.m. - 12.00 p.m.; on Fridays at 12.00 p.m. - 2.00 p.m.

The Housing Unit at the Department of Municipal and Capital Construction of the Bakhmut City Council organizes every Friday at 2.00 p.m. the Bakhmut HOA Forum (informing the HOAs; considering issues of HOA activities; dialogues with representatives of the institutions, organizations and companies for joint problem resolution). Representatives of the HOAs and initiative groups on HOA establishment can use the renovated and well equipped RC premises for organization of the meetings, co-owner meetings, document preparation (editing in electronic form, printing, etc.), exhibiting the materials. The HOAs and initiative groups on HOA establishment are received here daily (Mon-Th 8.00 a.m. - 12.00 p.m., 1.00 p.m. - 5.00 p.m., Fr 8.00 a.m. - 12.00 p.m., 1.00 p.m. - 4.00 p.m.).

There is a section “Bakhmut HOAs” on the official web site of the Bakhmut City Council, and Facebook page Bakhmut HOA Resource Center. Also, for convenience of communication with the HOAs, a Viber group was created – “Bakhmut HOAs”.

As of 30 September 2017, 141 HOAs has been established in the city.
